In Australia the branches of Alliance Française are constituted as a Federation. The "Fédération des Alliances Françaises en Australie" is based in Canberra and gathers branches from Esperance to Eurobodalla and Hobart to Darwin. In all state capital cities the branches' executive directors are appointed by Paris.
